Our firm was founded by Mr. Iman Sjahputra in 1987 under the name “Iman Sjahputra & Partners”. We started with providing litigation services for both civil and criminal cases. With strong emphasis placed upon observation, enforcement and practice of Intellectual Property Law, our firm has been one of the most reputable law firm in Intellectual Property matters.

In 2023, with the addition of Mr. Willy Tunggal as name Partner of our firm, we changed our name into “Iman Sjahputra, Willy Tunggal & Partners (IWP)” with the same  management and endeavor to provide even better services for our clients.
